 AI-assisted guidance and coaching content are provided for educational and accountability purposes only and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or make changes to medications or medical care.

Participation in this program does not establish a patient-provider relationship with Brooke Grassmyer or Revive Infusion & Injection Services, LLC.
